6. Client Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:

Being present to receive the delivery at the agreed time and address

Ensuring proper refrigeration of products upon receipt

Storing any unfinished product in a refrigerated environment (4°C or below) for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, Nuances cannot guarantee the freshness or safety of the items.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order up to 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
