Refund Policy

At Nuances Bali, all orders are considered final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances, except in specific cases outlined below.

No Refunds or Cancellations

  • No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.

  • No last-minute cancellations are allowed.

  • No refunds will be provided except under exceptional circumstances, detailed below.

  • There are no exceptions to this policy.

Custom Orders for Professionals

We do provide custom platters and buffet services for professionals or events upon request. These orders are also non-refundable once confirmed.

In Case of an Issue

  • credit note may be issued in case of a minor issue.

  • partial or full refund may be granted in case of a major issue, depending on the situation and at our discretion.

  • Requests must be submitted within 5 hours of receiving the order.

  • Requests will be processed within up to 72 hours.

No Refunds Will Be Granted For:

  • Wrong delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Customer absence at the time of delivery.

  • Products that have already been opened or consumed.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer only.
