At Nuances Bali, all orders are considered final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances, except in specific cases outlined below.
No Refunds or Cancellations
No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.
No last-minute cancellations are allowed.
No refunds will be provided except under exceptional circumstances, detailed below.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
Custom Orders for Professionals
We do provide custom platters and buffet services for professionals or events upon request. These orders are also non-refundable once confirmed.
In Case of an Issue
A credit note may be issued in case of a minor issue.
A partial or full refund may be granted in case of a major issue, depending on the situation and at our discretion.
Requests must be submitted within 5 hours of receiving the order.
Requests will be processed within up to 72 hours.
No Refunds Will Be Granted For:
Wrong delivery address provided by the customer.
Customer absence at the time of delivery.
Products that have already been opened or consumed.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer only.
