How do I place an order?

You can order directly from our website (order page)

Can I place an order if I'm outside the delivery area?

Yes! You can pick up your order via click & collect at our store or send your own driver through Grab or Gojek. Simply select the appropriate option when placing your order.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from Tuesday to Sunday, between 3:45 PM and 9:30 PM. For any specific request, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I customize a platter?

For your events, we offer custom-made platters — contact us and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

How many people are the home buffets designed for?

Our buffets start from 15 people. Contact us for more information.

What is the lead time to order a buffet or a private event?

We require orders to be placed at least 5 days in advance for a private event.

Can I organize a custom buffet for a special event?

Absolutely! Contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll create a tailor-made service just for you.

Products & Allergens

Do the platters contain allergens?

Some of our platters contain nuts, gluten, or dairy. Each platter description includes this information. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

Can I order bread with my platter?

Yes, our platters do not include bread, but you can add sliced bread to your order for an optimal experience.

How should the platters be stored?

Our platters should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours of delivery.

Payment & Cancellation

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by card and bank transfer.

What are the cancellation fees?

We do not offer refunds on orders unless they are cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.
